Louis Gray IV
My career in construction began in New England, Connecticut. I started as a union carpenter and worked my way through the ranks: foreman, lead man, superintendent, operation manager, estimator. In the last 25 years I have worked on custom residential construction, commercial construction, and industrial construction.
I have spent the last 15 years has been primarily working on large projects, often multiple buildings, with as large as 56 million dollar budgets. As a project superintendent for such large undertakings, there are many activities to oversee and coordinate. I excel at coordinating scheduling, problem solving, team building, working with owner’s representatives, architects and engineers to ensure a smooth transition between contractors. I firmly believe that job site safety is crucial to produce a project on time with exceptional quality.
Combined with my large project experience, my residential construction background allows me to offer our customers industry knowledge and resources to develop any size project—from bathroom remodels to room additions and custom homes— efficiently and with precision. I know how to keep projects running smoothly with great execution and minimal hassle. Knowledge is the key to everything; structural framing with wood or steel, finishes with products, and resources for getting the best value to create your dream project.
