Estimating
Based on our extensive experience in building and remodeling/repair projects, Pacific Crown Builders is able to handle almost any estimating assignment –including construction of custom homes, remodeling, insurance losses, residential & commercial, budgetary estimates for new projects, working with architects and engineers and often designers to define the best cost, and value engineering suggestions.
Project Management
Pacific Crown Builders handles supervision on all projects in house. A qualified Project Manager, who is responsible for quality control and job scheduling, is assigned to every job. This ensures that the work is completed on time and within a budget.
Construction Management
Often a client needs and independent owner’s representative to manage or oversee a construction project, or process. Other times, a general contractor may not be warranted even though multiples trades may be involved in the project. In these and other cases, Pacific Crown Builders will act as an independent owner’s representative, managing and overseeing a construction project, working either with another general contractor or independent subcontractors.
Tenant Improvement
Consistent with our expertise in working in, on and around existing buildings and structures, Pacific Crown Builders provides tenant improvement services to commercial building owners and tenants, with a specific expertise in commercial office and retail spaces. Tenant improvement work is driven by the ability to perform quickly and efficiently, to minimize non-occupiable/non leasable downtime. Pacific Crown Builders’ staff is particularly skilled in partitions, drywall and insulation, suspended ceilings and electrical which allows us to work efficiently and competitively.
Scope of Work Document
Project specifications document, including construction details, fixtures and finish schedules carefully prepared and followed on every project by Pacific Crown Builders. Project submission, product data and pertinent information organize and reviewed, this agreement ensures that your project runs smoothly and meets your expectations.

Our team of designers are trained to assure that the building and remodeling of your existing home or commercial project is exactly what you want. A designer or architect expertly draws every project. Each plan is engineered to exceed California earthquake requirements and tile 24 Energy conservation act.
